Then he also lost the Appeal, Ali wrote the answers without considering the dispute at all. The order even on the site is still on the way, but it was closed somehow and made me guilty. For the first time in years of shopping on this site, I encountered such an attitude towards the buyer. Terrible seller and lousy support from Ali. The impression was that this seller was paying bribes to Ali's administration. Why did the first two appeals go unanswered at all? Why wasn't my first order review added to the site?
